Plastic Pyrolysis Plant

High-efficiency plastic pyrolysis solution, turning waste to valuable fuel oil

Annual plastic recycling 6000 tons

Meets EU emission standards

30 days of continuous operation

A new OECD report confirms what many in the industry already suspected: less than 10% of plastic is recycled globally. The number has barely moved in decades.

Large quantities of waste plastics are left unused or pollute the environment due to a lack of effective treatment methods. Beston pyrolysis technology offers a practical solution—converting waste plastics into usable fuel oil, thus achieving resource recycling.

PVC #3 — Contains Chlorine

Releases HCl gas under heat → corrodes reactors & pipelines, contaminates oil output, produces toxic dioxins.

PET #1 — Contains Oxygen

Mostly char and waste residue. Also, released oxygen reacts with pyrolysis gases, creating explosion risk inside the reactor.

Beston Advanced Catalytic
Dewaxing
System

Plastic pyrolysis oil naturally contains long-chain waxy hydrocarbons — a byproduct of the cracking process that creates real operational headaches: pipeline blockages, machine downtime, and substandard oil quality. Beston catalytic dewaxing is the solution engineered to eliminate these problems.

How It Works

1High-temp vapor enters the catalytic tower

2Catalysts crack long-chain wax molecules

3Lighter fractions increase, heavy components drop

4Clean, stable oil output — easier to use or sell!

WITHOUT CATALYST

Raw Pyrolysis Oil

Dark, waxy, below certification grade

WITH CATALYST

Dewaxed Pyrolysis

Clear, ISCC-ready, higher value

Higher-grade oil, ready for certification

The dewaxed pyrolysis oil meets the quality thresholds required for ISCC.

Safer, more stable operation

Catalytic dewaxing significantly reduces wax deposition blockage risk in pyrolysis reactor and the safety hazaards that come with it.

Longer uptime, lower maintenance costs

Reducing shutdowns, extending maintenance intervals, and protecting returns on investment.

How The Plastic Pyrolysis Process Works

01Pretreatment and Feeding
02Plastic Catalysis Pyrolysis
03Plastic Pyrolysis Oil Collection
04Combustible Gas and Solid Residues Recycling
05Emission Gas Recycling

01

Pretreatment and Feeding

Raw materials need to be processed into different sizes for feeding. Different feeding sizes for your reference:
Batch waste plastic pyrolysis machine: Feed size diameter is less than 600mm. Feed plastic by manual labor.
Batch pyrolysis plant: Feed size diameter is less than 1200mm. Feed plastic by manual labor.
Continuous pyrolysis plant: Feed size diameter is less than 20mm. Feed plastic by screw feeder.

02

Plastic Catalysis Pyrolysis

Heat the main furnace. When the temperature reaches 180 degrees Celsius, gas oil begins to generate. A significant amount of gas oil is produced at temperatures between 280-350 degrees Celsius.
After the oil gas enters the catalytic tower, it undergoes a reaction with the catalyst. This step mitigates issues related to wax deposition and liquefaction. Simultaneously, it contributes to enhancing the quality of the plastic pyrolysis oil.

03

Plastic Pyrolysis Oil Collection

The oil gas enters the manifold, and heavy particles of the oil gas will be liquefied and dropped into the heavy oil tank. The light oil gas will be liquefied into fuel oil by the condenser and reserved in the fuel oil tank.

04

Combustible Gas and Solid Residues Recycling

The non-liquefiable oil gas will be desulfurated, cleaned in the hydro seal, and then recycled in the burning room as the heating source.
The solid residues will be discharged by labor (skid-mounted type) or water-cooling discharger.

05

Emission Gas Recycling

When heating the reactor, the emission gas is cooled down in the flue condenser at first. After that, it goes to high-end emission gas treatment system (water washing, water spray, ceramic ring adsorption, and activated carbon adsorption). Finally, the discharged emission gas meets the European emission standards.
