Feature 2: Excess Pyrolysis Gas → Gasoline Blending Components

BST-06Quicker Biochar Machine
A portable and flexible solution for biomass waste feedstock testing, process validation and future scale-up of biochar projects.
Feedstocks:wood chips, coconut shell, rice husk, sawdust, EFB, etc. (agriculture & forest waste)
Final Product: Biochar / Charcoal, syngas
Processing Capacity: 100-4500kg/h, 0.3-15m³/h
Feature 1: Portable Design, 8-Hour Fast Installation
Feature 2: Low-Cost, Fast BCDR Validation

Keynote Highlights from the Launch Event

Henry He, CEO of Beston: Unveiling the Blackgold P30
Mr. Henry He officially unveiled the Blackgold P30 and introduced the technology behind Beston’s new-generation continuous pyrolysis solution. From 720-hour continuous operation to the utilization of excess pyrolysis gas for producing gasoline blending components, his presentation highlighted how P30 is designed to improve continuous operation, resource utilization and the commercial potential of plastic pyrolysis projects.

Matt Zhang, Marketing Director of Beston: Introducing the BST-06Quicker
Matt Zhang introduced the BST-06Quicker from a project-development perspective — what the machine is, which early-stage risks it helps address, and how it supports the transition from feedstock testing to a validated biochar project. By generating reliable process data at relatively low trial cost, BST-06Quicker can also provide an important foundation for future scale-up.

Chief Engineer Feng: Open Q&A on the Blackgold P30
Following the product introduction, guests brought their questions directly to Beston’s Chief Engineer Feng, covering equipment technology, project operation and market applications. One key topic was how the P30 maintains reliable sealing performance during continuous operation — an important consideration for stable and safe pyrolysis production.

Puro.earth: Biochar CDR Certification Process & Timeline
Puro.earth provided a practical walkthrough of the biochar CDR certification journey, helping project developers understand the major steps, documentation requirements and expected timeline from project registration through verification and eventual credit issuance. The session gave attendees a clearer picture of what is required to move from biochar production to a recognized carbon removal project.

Crystalchain: From MRV Requirements to Beston’s Integrated dMRV Solution
Jess Xie from Crystalchain walked guests through the MRV requirements behind carbon removal projects and introduced how Beston’s integrated dMRV solution supports data collection, reporting and verification throughout project operation. The session helped connect equipment operation with the data infrastructure required for credible carbon removal projects.

Carlos, NANTEK Spain: Lessons from Tyre & Plastic Pyrolysis Projects
Carlos from NANTEK Spain shared hands-on experience from tyre and plastic pyrolysis projects, bringing a project-side perspective to the event. His session connected pyrolysis technology with real operating conditions and gave guests practical insights into the challenges and considerations involved in developing waste-to-resource projects.
Factory Tour & Live Equipment Demonstration
In the afternoon, guests toured Beston’s production and prototype workshops in small groups, getting a closer look at how the equipment is built and operated. The highlight was the live demonstration of the Blackgold P30 and BST-06Quicker, with Beston engineers on site to answer technical and project questions.

Factory Tour
Guests toured the BESTON facility to learn more about our manufacturing capabilities, production processes, quality control and equipment assembly.

Live Operation Experience
Through on-site equipment demonstrations, guests experienced the operating process up close and gained a clearer understanding of equipment performance and key technical features.

Face-to-face Q&A
BESTON technical experts communicated directly with guests, answering questions about equipment configuration, operation, project application and other practical concerns.
