A Day in Full

Chapter1: Morning | 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Equipment Startup & Workshop Tour

📍 Pilot Base & Manufacturing Workshop

The day kicked off with the BST-06 Max running a live material test on waste wood chips 🪵. Visiting experts crowded around the PLC intelligent control panel as Beston’s engineers walked through each operational step in real time. The group then moved to the manufacturing workshop, where they observed the precision machining of core components, rigorous welding procedures, and full assembly processes up close. Beston engineers accompanied the group throughout, fielding questions at every stop.

Chapter2: Midday | 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Coffee Break & Networking

📍 Meeting Room

In a relaxed and open setting, visiting experts and Beston’s technical and business teams engaged in candid, wide-ranging conversations — covering the evolution of the biochar industry, real-world applications of biochar equipment, and potential pathways for collaboration. The session deepened mutual understanding and laid the groundwork for future industrial chain partnerships.

Chapter3: Afternoon I | 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Live Machine Operation Tour

📍 Pilot Base & Laboratory

After the break, experts returned to the experimental base to witness the complete pyrolysis process — wood chips transforming into finished biochar before their eyes. Guests even had the opportunity to handle freshly produced biochar firsthand. The group then toured Beston’s specialized on-site laboratory, where researchers presented a curated comparison of diverse biomass raw material samples alongside their corresponding BST-06 Max biochar outputs — a vivid demonstration of the machine’s versatility and consistency.

Chapter4: Afternoon II | 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM: Solution Sharing, Q&A & dMRV Presentation

📍 Meeting Room

Beston’s technical team took the floor to present their latest biochar production solutions, followed by an open Q&A session that tackled the hard questions head-on — from process reliability and output consistency to long-term operational economics. The afternoon closed with a dedicated presentation from a dMRV partner, spotlighting the role of digital monitoring, traceability, and carbon removal accounting in making biochar production audit-ready for carbon registries.
